The CHALECO INDECENTE T-SHIRT YARN BLOUSE 1.0 is inspired by catholic school uniform "chalecos", subverting its material and conceptual rigidity into wild, organic woven pieces. This piece, the staple piece of RETORNO, is woven from t-shirt yarn cut and prepped in the atelier from curated, reclaimed t-shirts. It is the first iteration from our experimental weaving technique developed in-house.

The process for acquiring a CHALECO Blouse is deeply personal and ritualistic, and we invite you to incorporate your own previously loved t-shirts into the project.

The making of CHALECO INDECENTE is a ritualistic one, and we invite you to incorporate your own t-shirts from your childhood and adolescence tied to memories you might want to honor, grieve and transform.

The color may vary depending on the stock of reclaimed materials in our atelier or donated t-shirts, as show in both our red and white/dark blue iterations.

If you decide to order without donating, we will reach out to you with color options.
